Tuning the Management Pack Objects for Printer Monitoring

To reduce network traffic and the number of alerts, you can disable or eliminate any unit monitors that you consider not to be critical to your network monitoring.

To disable or delete a unit monitor:

1. Click Authoring.

3. Under Management Pack Objects, choose the object identified as Monitors.

4. 

5. In the Monitors pane, drill down to SNMP Network Device.

6. 

7. Select a unit monitor. The unit monitor details are now indicated below the list of unit monitors.
